Las Vegas Selects A'ja Wilson First In WNBA Draft

 

The 2018 WNBA Draft is in the books.  The Las Vegas Aces selected forward A'ja Wilson from South Carolina with the first overall pick on Thursday in New York.  Ohio State guard Kelsey Mitchell went second to the Indiana Fever.  The Chicago Sky owned the third and fourth selections and chose Diamond DeShields, an American who played last season in Turkey, and forward Gabby Williams from U-Conn. The Seattle Storm rounded out the top five with guard Jordin Canada from UCLA.  

The 2018 WNBA season tips off next month.
