COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fresno State junior Mia Jacobs has been tabbed the Mountain West Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Jacobs earns her second MW Player of the Week honor in her career. Both honors came after stellar career performances from the hands of Jacobs. The Australian native is the first Bulldog to be tabbed with the honor this season.

Led the Bulldogs to a 3-0 week with wins over UC Riverside (63-53), Southern Utah (67-59) and UC San Diego (65-53).
Averaged 18 points, 9.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.3 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. In over 100 minutes of play, shot 51.5 percent from the field and 85.7 percent from the charity stripe.
Against UC Riverside, registered a double-double with 21 points and a career-high 15 rebounds along with two steals, one assist and one block.
Against Southern Utah, tallied 26 points and five rebounds. Also contributed three steals, two assists and one block for the Bulldogs.
At UC San Diego, notched seven points, nine rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one block.
